I Dream of Learning Conference...16th June 2008

Lensbury Club, Teddington

An invitation to all Hounslow schools to attend a conference with a focus on both BSF & PCP.

One of the essential priorities for Hounslow’s two City Learning Centres (Brentford and Feltham) (and a role approved by Becta and P4S (Partnership for Schools)) is to engage with and support our LA and school colleagues during the process of educational transformation that BSF (Building Schools for the Future) & PCP (Primary Captial Programme) will afford.

With this in mind, we are working with Hounslow's e-Learning co-ordinator to provide a conference for Hounslow schools to encourage thinking about future learning. The conference will aim to expand our understanding and awareness of the future learning possibilities BSF and PCP will provide.
It will help us develop and share ways in which schools can engage in the Hounslow visioning programme. There will be post-conference support available via a web based information and discussion forum including presentations, activities, events and creative media projects.

We would all like our schools to be even more exciting and comfortable places to learn. And learning is changing very much – with new technology and new ideas about what is important. What will a classroom of the future look like?
